Day 5: Christmas Decorating and Trying to Stay Cheery

Today wad a really nice day. I had it conpletely off of work and my mom and I went out for groceries first thing. I lovr grocery shopping. I love meandering through the aisles and seeing what's there, what's on sale.

Then we hauled out some decorations and it was time to get festive! It was really fun and now my room is pretty cozy and lovely.

I got to see one of my university friends finally - we've both been so busy and it was so nice to see her. She always brings me joy whenever I see her and we have something really exciting planned for the new year for this blog!

My evening since my night out has been a little frustrating. Technology is not on my side and I'm just feeling kind of cranky. I'm writing this post from my phone because my laptop had other plans. So I'm going to leave this short and sweet. Lovely people and activities. And tomorrow a new day!
