Day Four: Decorating for Christmas

Another long day but it had a pretty good start. If you read my day three, you'll know I'm a little sheepish about doing my day 3 this morning...but I will allow it. I really wasn't feeling great the night before, and I did eventually come around this morning but that was a rough start too. Note to self: eat proper meals and drink more water.

I'm going to have to keep this one pretty short because I have to wake up in about 5 and a half hours. Things that brought me joy today were: having some really good training and coaching moments at work, checking some more of my Christmas shopping off my list, having good conversations with friends, learning how impactfful these "24 days" posts have been for some people, making vegetarian butter chicken with THE best butter chicken sauce I've ever had, cranberry ginger ale and putting up christmas decorations with my roommate! 

That is a day full of joy now isn't it? We can always find things to complain about, but if we look there are things to be joyful about too. Day four of yoga too, so still going strong!
