Day Seventeen - Last Day of School at Meeting a Puppy!

Me celebrating bright and early that I am finally finished school for a couple of weeks!

Made myself a nice meal for breakfast and watched a terrible Christmas movie!

In between shows I managed to fit in a workout! I don’t love working out but it’s a little nicer when you get to do it by a Christmas tree.

My friend got a puppy!! She is so tiny!!

I lost in both Mario Kart and Mario party but it was really fun nonetheless!

Me and the boys have been taking family photos since 2016 (I think) so while we didn’t have everyone we made sure to get one in before we left!

And because I was feeling unhinged being done school, I decided midnight would be a good time to try to touch up my roots!

Day seventeen started bright and early with one last group meeting to finalize our project and to submit my final discussion questions for the unit! It felt so good to be done! I am definitely feeling the need for a break!

After that I cozied up on the couch for a nice breakfast and a movie and a little crafting before my afternoon show. The show went alright and I attempted to look around the mall one last time to see if I could find anything on sale for something to wear on Christmas but unfortunately I made it into one store and gave up. That’s okay though because I came home, did a workout and then power cleaned my apartment. It was much needed and felt really nice to get some of the major tasks out of the way.

After our evening show I headed straight to visit with some friends and visit with them and the new puppy! Her name is Clementine and she’s so cute and tiny and sweet and chaotic! It was so much fun to play with her and then to spend some time with the boys. It’s been really hard this year to find times to meet up with everyone and even tonight we were 1 man down but it was our only shot at hanging out before Christmas. We ate sushi, and some of them brought presents and played video games and I lost both games but it was so fun just to hang and be with them again. Definitely some much needed friend-time.

When I got home I decided that midnight was the perfect time to touch up my roots which I soon regretted when I realized i didn’t have enough bleach but I was too far gone to turn back, so be ready for there to be a part two of that journey tomorrow morning. It was nice though, I watched youtube and had a glass of wine and then passed right out. It was the perfect end to a busy day!
