Day Sixteen - Christmas Shopping and More Nutcracker!

The photos for today were a bit lacking because I was just constantly on the move. It’s been a really dreary and rainy few days so it was a really sleepy Saturday. I ventured out for a walk and on the way I spotted Santa! Not sure what he was promoting but it definitely caught the excitement of a few kids roaming about as he stood outside the place I bought my Christmas tree! It was a little bit of fun on a dreary day!

In between shows I had a couple final things to pick up to finish my Christmas shopping and I had to go to the mall near me which just has so many people and is so overwhelming, especially this time of year. It was tough to enjoy it because I just wanted to run the opposite direction but I tried to take a few moments to enjoy the giant light displays they had set up!

I have a couple more Christmas gifts that I’m working on as part of my “crafty Christmas” this year so I couldn’t really take photos of the rest of my night - no spoilers!

Tomorrow is my official last day of school and I only have 2 more teaching days left until I am free and officially on holiday! On my to do list is still to wrap gifts and clean the house for my first time hosting Christmas…and touch up my roots but one step at a time!
